Running Accomplishments:

Number one running accomplishment is finding great new friends. Kevin a great mentor, motivator, and early morning running partner....thanks. Over the past couple of years I have had fun training for and completing The Phoenix and Sacramento Marathons, the Orlando Goofy challenge, and the Pacific Crest Half Iron. PR is 3:52 at Sacramento. Learning to not let rain slow you down was not as big of a deal as I thought but chaffing, the downside of drinking coffee before a run, and moving into a hilly neighborhood has required some time.

Short-Term Running Goals:

In the short term I need to get within 26 minutes of qualifying for Boston. Next year I will be at 3:20 Boston so getting within a minute per mile is a mental thing. In May there are Eugene and Fargo marathons so that is the goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Long term I want to qualify and run in Boston. Seems like a stretch right now but so did running in Phoenix just over a year ago.

Personal:

Training is a family commitment so mad love to my wife Christina and the girls for their support. Early mornings mean I wake up the little ones, can't always take Jess to school, and momma can't sleep in. Not to mention that being the cheering section isn't quite as fun as it is cracked up to be. My picture is of Me and our oldest, Jess.
